Now Open: Sustainable Cincy Lending Library

Check out books, equipment and other resources supporting a more sustainable, people-oriented environment in Greater Cincinnati

The Sustainable Cincy Lending Library is located at CTSD’s Covington office at 409 W. Sixth Street in Mainstrasse Village.

Located at its Covington office at COhatch in Mainstrasse Village (John R. Green Building, Sixth Street Promenade), the Sustainable Cincy Lending Library offers activists and advocates free access to books, tools and other resources that will help bring their community actions to life toward a more sustainable, people-oriented environment in Greater Cincinnati.

The lending library will celebrate its official opening at Sustainable Cincy’s Transit and Sustainability Open House on Thursday, May 29! (Online book and equipment reservations are open now.)

Among the equipment available for rent are traffic counters, data collectors and cameras and other AV equipment for documenting existing traffic conditions in your neighborhood to help build our case for the need for car-alternatives in our communities.

Sustainable Cincy equipment is available through the lending library for three-week rentals (longer upon request and depending on demand/availability), and books are available for indefinite borrowing/swapping.
