Findlay Community House Access Request Form

Findlay Community House, located at 118 Findlay Street, is a free-to-use community space for learning, meeting, and building power.

Individuals, small groups, and aligned organizations can use the space for public or private purposes such as workshops, coworking, meetings, lectures and teach-ins, book clubs, study sessions, or place-based experimentation.

This space is offered free of charge, but you can donate, volunteer, or share consumables (nonperishable and high calorie snacks, disposable kitchenware, office and printer supplies, cleaning solution). Use of this space requires a process of trust and mutual respect: please clean up after yourself, share any maintenance concerns immediately after use, be mindful of noise, and treat all of our neighbors with dignity.

Before submitting your initial request, please review our:

  1. Maintenance Expectations
  2. Community Calendar
  3. Resource List
  4. Transit Map

Submissions will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis. Approval will be based on scheduling availability, mission alignment, and form completion. An organizer may reach out to you with follow-up questions. Priority will be given to grassroots work with a demonstrated commitment to elements of environmental and mobility justice.

For which purposes would you like to utilize the space?
Ex: A monthly book club with literature centered around transit.
A decision on your form submission will be made within 14 days.
